The AFA Lady Noles Sideline Cheer program develops young women into confident, disciplined, and high-performing athletes. Our cheerleaders are the heartbeat of every AFA Noles game — bringing energy, spirit, and pride to the sideline while building lifelong friendships and leadership skills.
AGE DIVISIONS
Tiny Noles
Our youngest cheerleaders learn the basics of cheer — simple chants, beginner jumps, and sideline spirit. A fun, nurturing introduction to the Lady Noles family.

Junior Noles
Our Junior Noles build confidence while developing stronger cheer fundamentals. Athletes expand their sideline skills, begin learning basic stunts, dance routines, and leadership while creating lasting friendships and team spirit.

Senior Noles
Senior Noles prepare athletes to become leaders both on and off the field. This program focuses on advanced cheer technique, leadership, mentorship, performance excellence, and preparing athletes for high school cheer opportunities.

SEASON SCHEDULE
Lady Noles cheerleaders practice weekly and perform at all AFA Noles home games, select away games, and special community events throughout the year.
